  1. Cardiology patients: treatment of malignant disturbances of heart rhythm,disturbances of conduction (heart blocks), ischemic heart disease,acute myocardial infarction,acute heart failure,cardiogenic shock,chronic cardiomyopathy, hypertension crisis, preparation of patients for implantation of intravascular stents, pace-makers,etc.;
  2. Pulmology patients: treatment of patients presenting with COPD, pulmonary edema,restrictive and obstructive pulmonary disease, emphysema and different kinds of respiratory disorders including complete failure of respiratory functions, administering oxygen therapy, orotracheal intubation and connecting patients to mechanical ventilation;
  3. Metabolic patients presenting with various disorders of consciousness (hypo- or hyperglicemic coma with diabetic patients, hepatic coma, etc.);
• Experience in urgent treatment of acutely intoxicated patients and proficiency procedures like inserting nasogastric tubes,stomach lavage, administering of special antidote therapy ( Naloxon, Anexate,Atropin,etc.) and supportive symptomatic therapy.
• Experience in reading and interpreting laboratory results, arterial blood gasses, ECG,chest X-rays,central venous pressure,patient monitoring,etc.
• Prescribe medications to patients to treat their illnesses and conditions.
